Connection

This image was comissioned by the mental health charity Impact. It was the centre piece of an exhibition during the Brighton Arts Festival week.
The image is of an anonymous person reaching out for help. and was taken on my driveway. I wanted to portray that people view others with a mental illness as almost non descript or in extreme cases almost a non person and that the person often feels like the world around them doesnt see them as bona fide people.
I hope my attempt worked and that people see meaning in my image.
