Nick & Debbie Wedding Album
>> Sunday, 1 February 2009
I was contacted in the summer by Debbie to photograph their wedding in the Witterings. What was nice about this wedding was everyone was relaxed and suprisingly I was given the remit to do whatever I liked and to be as creative as I felt was appropriate. The only two stipulations were that (1) they liked black and white images and (2) Debbie wanted me to recreate an image she had of her mother on her wedding day.
The biggest challenge for me was to design an album that flowed and followed the events of the day as they happened in a reportage style.
The wedding album was delivered last week and consisted of 48 pages, and over 200 photographs some of which you can see in the thumbnails. I used Bobbooks who I find produce superior quality coffe table style books. The printing was superb and perfectly matched my colour profile. Debbie phoned me the day she received the album to say thank you and how delighted she was with the finished product.
